Our first store created an industry legend with 16 daily table turns and daily revenue exceeding RMB 180,000. Through systematic service design and continuous operational refinement, Tan Yu has consistently enhanced customer experience and built a beloved, iconic presence in the market. Today, the brand continues to innovate and explore new flavor frontiers, steadily expanding toward the global stage.

Chua Lam’s Dim Sum was born from Chua Lam’s wish to create a dim sum brand that young people would truly love. We believe in letting guests “order whatever you like, and enjoy yourself,” while preserving and reinterpreting the cultural charm of dim sum in a modern, delightful way. Since the first store opened at Shenzhen Coastal City in 2018, the brand has been listed on Dianping’s Must-Eat List for three consecutive years (2020–2022), and has grown to 100 stores across major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou.

Established in 2018, Chua Lam’s Pho was created in collaboration with Chua Lam, inspired by his deep affection for Vietnamese pho. In pursuit of the unforgettable flavor of Vietnamese broth, he sampled pho across Melbourne and defined our signature profile—clear broth, rich aroma, and a touch of sweetness. Guided by the philosophy of seasonal dining, we source fresh ingredients around the world to bring uplifting and joyful pho experiences to our guests.

Founded in 2014, Chua Lam’s Colourful World is a premium snack brand dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients worldwide and crafting products with playful delight. Signature items such as Huggy Crispy Pork Floss Sticks, Fermented Hand-Pulled Noodles, Abalone Crisps, and Charcoal-Grilled Pork Belly Slices have been recognized by both industry experts and international culinary awards.
